Browsing the public website.
You do not need a public-site account to browse. The web host may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and protect the website. Catalogue service logs record service failures without response bodies or account details.
Contacting support.
If you email us, your message and the information you choose to include are used to address your enquiry. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Workshop interest.
When enabled, the optional signup form is provided by Sender.net and only loads after you choose to load it. Information entered in that form is sent to Sender for workshop-interest communications. Use the unsubscribe option in those communications when you no longer want them.
Using the app.
Registration, projects, purchases and account history are handled in the separate My Idea3D app. Read the information provided there when using those services.
Privacy enquiries.
Email myidea3d@forwardify.com with a privacy question or request.
