What this site provides.
This public website explains My Idea3D and presents available public product information. Accounts, creation tools, purchases, downloads and order management are provided through the My Idea3D app.
Age eligibility and collectables.
My Idea3D is intended for collectors aged 14 and over. You must be aged 14 or over to sign up for an account or workshop-interest updates. Any additional requirements for a purchase or workshop will be stated in the applicable terms before you proceed.

Physical collectables are for display and hobby use. Small parts, delicate details or sharp edges may be present. Follow the supplied care and safety instructions and the instructions for any printer, paint, material or tool you use.
Product information.
Review the applicable description, licence, package benefits, price, delivery cost and terms in the app before making a purchase. A package is bought before its included concept sets and model generation are used. Eligibility for upgrades and remaining work is shown against your project. Editorial model renders and concept artwork are illustrative and do not identify an available Gallery product. Additional information for physical orders is in our print terms.
Your references and generated results.
Submit only images and instructions that you own or have permission to use. Generated concepts and models can differ from the brief or preview; review each stage and the supported formats for your selected package. Contact support if a supplied file or service does not match the purchase description.
Digital content and services.
The app presents the applicable pre-purchase information for digital content and model-creation services, including any request to begin supply within a cancellation period. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content or services are not excluded by this page. See our purchase support information for help.
Respectful use.
Use the site lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt to access private information or interfere with the operation of the site.
